Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has condemned a picture of the Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun wearing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) uniform trending on social media.

Fani-Kayode, took to his Twitter page insisting the image looks photoshopped and said it was only compounding her problems.

“Whoever was stupid enough to conjure up this terrible photoshopped picture in an attempt to cover up Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun’s shameless malfeasance has just compounded her problems.

“Not only must she be removed as a Minister but she must also be prosecuted for forgery,” he wrote.

Adeosun is under the microscope, for alleged criminal forgery of her NYSC certificate.

The certificate scandal has continued to spark reactions over the weekend with many of the commentators asking the minister to resign.

Adeosun graduated from the Polytechnic of East London, renamed University of East London, in 1989.

She, however, did not return to Nigeria to observe the mandatory year-long service as required for Nigerians who graduate before their 30th birthday. Instead, she secured an exemption certificate which  investigations show to be fake.

Most of the respondents called on President Muhammadu Buhari to launch an investigation into the scandal and sack Mrs Adeosun.
