The  Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lt-Gen. Tukur Buratai has approved the immediate deployment of troops of 123 Special Forces Battalion  to consolidate Operation Lafiya Dole against Boko Haram terrorists in parts of the North East Nigeria.

This is in line with Buratai’s determined to crush resurgence of the terrorists that seems to have increased their attacks for some days now.
