Nigerian Army kills teenage suicide bomber in Adamawa

The Nigerian Army announced on Tuesday that it’s troops of 143 Battalion deployed at a check point in Gulak Adamawa State, has killed a girl with Person-Borne Improvised Explosive Device.

The Army revealed that the girl tried to Infiltrate DAR Village to detonate her explosive vest in the early hours of Monday November 2018.

The Army further explained that it’s troops in conjunction with hunters and vigilantes immediately cordoned off the incident area and subsequently conducted perimeter patrol around the community to ensure the area is cleared and to also exploit the area for boko Haram Terrorists activities.

Further, the Nigerian Army also announced that it’s Troops of 707 Special Forces Brigade killed a militia memeber  along Katsina Ala -Zaki Biam general areas, Benue state.

The Army disclosed that it’s troops engaged some militias on Monday.

“One militia member was neutralised with others fled with gunshot wounds.” The Army stated.

The Army said it recovered locally made weapons  and ammunition from the militia
