The signing of the MOUs is in line with President Muhammadu Buhari’s Executive Order Number 5 signed into law in 2018 aimed at improving local content in public procurement of science, engineering and technological equipment.

  1. It is a shame to see these shameless actors posing as if they are contributing anything positive to the defence system in Nigeria. DICON was established for that purpose at the same time India established TATA. While DICON has chosen to producing household furniture, TATA has developed the Indian military to the extent of launching satellites into space for their defence systems. Nigeria does not leaders, only looters are occupying government offices and waiting for one budget after the other. My pride as a Nigerian has been swallowed up in shame having realised now that only scammers present themselves for election in a country that is heavily endowed with resources of any kind (human, intellectual, natural, commercial, business, etc.) and is labelled as the poverty capital of the world.
