The Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information (NASPRI) has partnered with the International Institute for Publishing Studies (IIPS) at the University of Abuja to enhance the technical skills of its personnel in graphics design and printing technology.

NASPRI’s Commandant, Lt Col Adamu Ngulde, on Thursday, led a delegation of officers and students to formalize the collaboration, which aims to provide military personnel with specialized training in X1 Graphics Design and Printing.

Lt Col Ngulde affirmed NASPRI’s commitment to equipping its students with practical skills that meet the evolving needs of the Nigerian military. He urged participants to be open-minded, ask questions, and uphold discipline throughout their training.

He also expressed gratitude to the IIPS Director for swiftly approving the partnership.
Welcoming the NASPRI delegation, Professor Chris Wolumati Ogbondah, Director of the IIPS, described the military as the nation’s pride and assured the Commandant of the institution’s dedication to delivering high-quality training.

He said, students would gain hands-on experience with various graphic design applications and modern printing machines available at the center.

The visit concluded with a guided tour of the institute’s facilities, led by Alhaji Abdulwasiu Mustapha, the former General Manager of UniAbuja Printing Limited, and Mr. Eguzoro Gideon, the current General Manager.
