Renowned International Conflict Expert, Dr Burkhard Luber has joined the GLOBAL SENTINEL team as a guest columnist on general and current topics of international conflicts, peacebuilding and the Global South.
Dr Luber graduated with a Doctor’s degree in peace studies at Frankfurt University and a diploma from the University of Pennsylvania. He has written various texts on topics of peace and conflict and has worked with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs)in international crisis areas, like the civil war in Ex-Yugoslavia and on hot spots in the Caucasus and Colombia.
He is a guest lecturer for International Politics for NGOs and Universities overseas and working on the editors´ board of the German political magazine Das Milieu.
