At the 11th Leadership Summit, held at the University of Lagos, Mrs. Titilope Victoria Oguntade Oladele emerged as a prime example of determination, resilience, and unwavering work ethic.

The founder of the TOOL Community Development Initiative, Mrs. Oladele has made significant strides in empowering communities, particularly in her hometown of Ibarapa, Oyo State. Her relentless efforts in education, empowerment, and community development have earned her widespread recognition.

Mrs. Oladele’s academic accomplishments, including an Associate of Science in Allied Health, a Nursing degree, and a Master’s in Community Health, have equipped her to lead initiatives that positively impact society.

Her contributions have earned her prestigious accolades, including the Humanitarian Award of the Year at the 2024 Pacesetter Entertainment & Recognition Awards and the Most Outstanding Humanitarian and Entrepreneur Guru of the Year at the 2024 Ogo Yoruba Awards.
