Terrorists in large numbers have reportedly blocked the Kaduna-Abuja road.
This is happening four days after an Abuja-Kaduna Train was bombed and about wight passengers killed while many others were abducted by terrorists.
Senator Shehu Sani disclosed this on his verified Twitter handle on Thursday afternoon.
He said, “Just got a distress call that bandits in large numbers have again blocked the Kaduna-Abuja road this afternoon. Travellers are speedily turning backward.”
It was also cconfirmed that the Nigerian troops are battling to dislodge the terrorists. But there is no official statement yet from the government or the military.
The terrorists had in a series of attacks in the last one week killed scores in various Kaduna communities, invaded the Kaduna International Airport at the weekend and bombed a 970-passenger train on Monday, killing and abducting scores with some injured.
