The producers of the stage play ‘One Good Man’ has postponed the earlier date scheduled for the performance due to terror threats in Abuja, the nations capital.
According to the Director Patrick Otoro, in a statement on Thursday, the increasing anxiety generated from the terror threat has called for the shift in date.
Otoro disclosed that “due to the increasing anxiety generated from an imminent terror threat alert released by some foreign missions in Nigeria, we have painfully taken the tough but necessary decision to postpone the ‘ONE GOOD MAN’ stage play.
“The production will not take place on November 12th & 13th 2022, as scheduled.
“We thought to reach out to you during this difficult and uncertain times we are in, as the safety of you, your families and the wider community is of the utmost importance to us at ROW Productions Ltd.
“We believe that this decision to postpone, is not only wise but also responsible. We sincerely regret every inconvenience this development might have caused you.
“We are however closely monitoring the situation and working diligently to ensure that we provide updates and information as we move to reschedule, and you will most certainly be the first to know when we have a new date confirmed for the production.
The play One Good Man, is a musical drama that tends to create necessary political awareness with auspicious fun and valuable information for spectators, highlighting the need for individuals to offer themselves up in service to the country.
