A House of Representatives aspirant for Isin/Irepodun/Oke Ero/Ekiti Federal Constituency, Kwara State, Adejoke Mistura Adeyemi, has distributed items worth over N500 million. The intervention targeted more than 5,000 households across the constituency.

The outreach forms part of her grassroots development agenda. She said her ambition is driven by service and the need to project constituents’ voices at the national level.

Adeyemi said sustained community engagement revealed gaps in infrastructure and access to opportunities. She identified youth empowerment and women inclusion as critical concerns.

“I am stepping forward as a servant-leader committed to effective representation,” she said. She added that her focus includes people-oriented laws and sustainable growth.

She said her vision is to deepen inclusive governance. She noted that the aim is to ensure democratic benefits reach every ward.

Adeyemi described her political journey as spanning ward and state levels. She said she has built ties with party leaders, community stakeholders and youth groups.

She said trust and accessibility define her engagement with constituents. She added that her record reflects commitment and consistency.

The aspirant identified a disconnect between leaders and the grassroots. She said many residents feel excluded from governance and underserved.

“My plan is to bridge this gap through town hall meetings and open communication,” she said. She added that she would pursue legislation that directly benefits the people.

She promised empowerment programmes and infrastructure partnerships if elected. Beneficiaries praised the support, which included cash grants, equipment, vehicles, farm inputs, scholarships, free JAMB forms and medical outreach.
