TEL-AFRICA isset to host another experiential leadership series with the on “Rethinking the Leadership Experience in Africa” on Tuesday, 22nd March 2022.
Former President of Sierra Leone, President Bai Koroma will be a guest speaker at the event to unpack the experiential perspective while Prof Carl Levan from American University, USA and Offiong Archibong,international leadership strategic adviser will be panelists at the event.
TEL-AFRICA leverages on distinct experiential and intellectual outlook linked with a youth paradigm to enrich insight and approaches to the leadership, governance and security nexus in Africa. Adeolu Adewummi of Tel-Africa will facilitate the event.
The series will among other things discuss the common pitfalls in decisionmaking that are often uncommon; What propels the propensity towards reactive leadership in statecraft? ; The behind-the-scene intrigues of urging resolute leaders to respect constitutional mandates and to avoid unconstitutional changes; If and how the wave of military incursions in West Africa can be reversed?If the African youth still have a stake in African renaissance?
